Teachers feel like the process have inconsistencies or that co-workers are being evaluated differently. When teachers are evaluated and provided feedback, often does not get implement because of their lack of trust in the system.
3. Benchmark assessments help districts become informed about how students are performing academically. Assessments that are not aligned to what teachers are teaching could often prompt students to do poorly on those assessments.
